Thanks for the chapter! __Kasumi got there just in time, but she at least managed to help some of the villagers. she did pretty well considering how her main magic is rather unsuited for direct fights. __Ash will finally get some real armor... maybe. They can't really stay at Satsuhiro's house anymore with the portal starting to send demons out, so we'll have to see if they pass by Jade to get it before going to Pearl. Or if they even go to Pearl now. __Also it's interesting that Niven can spread his site of power from the portals like this. It's probably the reason they didn't attack sooner: it probably took some time to start this. __Well at least they'll get an excuse for Keiko to go with them for now... but getting her Spirit Eye open will have to happen soon anyway, she needs the confidence boost.. and she won't be all that good in real combat until it happens.

Thanks for the chapter! Things are getting interesting. Wonder what it’ll be that finally triggers Keiko’s Inner Eye to open. Of course, just before Ash can get some actual armor they have to evacuate.

Hmm. Lots of things happening all at once it seems. Pearl is probably their next destination. Ash *really* needs to tell Satsu everything
