So, I have thought of something. You have mentioned several things at different times. One of his biggest responsibilities is making babies and breeding. There are ONLY clones left on the world, no real humans. Clones cannot breed as males don't make sperm and females no eggs. So... How is he supposed to make babies with a clone that is sterile? Even if he is the most virile man on the entire planet, if the woman has no eggs, there are no babies.
Recloning. - The story on hiatus for now unfortunately, but yeah, at latter chapter when the base grow, the FMC Satella was infected, died, cloned again using her memory, and had a new body capable of conceiving. This is also why MC was important as he was bridge between the two worlds exchange of genetics. Was planning to make MC going through the same too, but unfortunately, reader was too toxic and caused me some mental health problem, thus it went hiatus.
