Guys, I just want to point out something... In the Wind region (I was using Eastern region before) the power distribution is: 1. Wind Lord (Warden of the region and “mayor” of Wind Capital. 2. City Lords (Control their cities and their sections) The Wind region has three cities and three corresponding sections: First section - Hurricane City Second section - Wind Castle (Caiset is here) Third section - Sound City Of course, the region also has other nobles (Mages)...
