this is a pretty bad representation of a hospital. they wouldn't leave a pre-teen or younger to pay the bill even if the can't find his family I am assuming he looks around that age due to the little guy comment. hospital bills are more than 300$ especially with no insurance or co pay. they would tell him to stay put until they bring cops so they could get him home. then charge him. everything else was okay.
