Well i dont think the mc will kill this new target. Coz the system will give him a choice if he want to kill it or help the holder of fragment. The first holder is arrogant to the max thats the reason he died.but this new holder base on rumors that portrait him he's a good guy. But a little competitive, but oh well its still base on what the holder will do when he met the mc. I hope the mc will not kill him and give him a choice to hand over the fragment instead of dying.
