Less waifus, more world development!~ Having Nobu focus around so many 'official partners' will make so much of the story be focused on this and we know he can't ever be compared to the Godhand. Having casual relations? nice~ Bringing more waifus? not good~

Going to toss my vote towards 4-6 official wives + the occasional kunoichi or other future loyal retainers that make sense. Political marriages are expected, after all. Just because he's lewding several people doesn't mean it has to be the primary focus every time it happens, though the more notable scenes are nice to read about.

I'm down for 4-6 wives, with his kunoichi booty calls. Anything else would probably be excessive for the story as is. Though I wouldn't mind only 3 wives depending on who the other two are, as well as how their relationship with Nobu develops.

The current ratio of lewd to non lewd is good. Besides, I am more invested in you, the author, maintaining your interest in writing this story.

3 official wives are good keeps the drama to lesser degree as for the rest nobu can shoot himself in the leg as much as he wants

Three is enough, IMO -- as long as they end up learning to get along. I have never liked the stories that use the women as a foil for showing the corruption in the royal family or the politics of the nation. We don't need them playing cutthroat with each other -- Nobu is going to have enough drama as it is, and that weakness would be too easily exploited. I suggest Nohime and Yui come together against some "interloper" (like Suzune?) and then you give us a surprise third. Not that I am the author... so take it all with a grain of salt. :)

To be honest I enjoy a high level of drama😂 So go for it with a few more wives, but i can Understand if you go the way with less wives. For me i like your stories however you wanna write.

10 wives because Oda's crest has 5 petals and 5 leaves (or is it another flower?) and lots of concubines.
