Why do I sense a red flag on Fleur ? The canon story had Cedric die... I wouldn't be surprised if the author made Fleur speedrun the last task and pop in the ambush Voldemort has prepared for Harry. And yeah, imo it was at this point that the movie began to get darker, so I wouldn't be surprised at this point if author decided to do the same.

Barty been supposed to help Harry get first place so voldy’s plan could work, but most of it has been Quinn’s doing. So has Quinn been helping voldy without really thinking about consequences ? Or is it the timeline integrating Quinn in its grand schemes so that everthing happens as it should ? Finally, voldy really want to have George west against him, cause acting against quinn would be the stupidest thing he would think about 🙄
