I'll be honest with you, I don't get the point of running the whole aid room thing. He doesn't need money or connections since his family is filthy rich and he's not interested in going into politics. It just brings scrutiny on himself where he supposedly doesn't want any. What's the goal here? Does he just like solving problems?
I think more and more that both Quinn and Author-san are a man of culture. I imagined a perfect ending of this chapter for myself and it was literally one to one like I thought. Mysterious by revealing something important, but not to much by still keeping secrets. And then shutting the door. I literally thought about him standing at the door and laughing himself silly. And boom, you delivered. I also like the secret agent / official secret agency theme every time he puts important information in folders or file cabinets.
