Answering the question author posted, most writers can usually churn out at least 500-3000 words a day, with some reaching even 10000+ as novelists or bloggers, etc. So averaging out most chapters to fall in 1500-2000 word range, for most normal writers I'd say they can write a chapter within 3-4 days if they're really slow, or several or even a dozen chapters within the same period if they're fast. But if you have a writers block, then no amount of days can necessarily churn out a quality chapter.
