i never understood the problems happening in gothem, batman has the resources to basically forcefully install anyone he wants in any position he wants, so he could just force gordon up to a position high enough in the justice department that he could simulatiously arrest everyone involved in the corrupting going on in gothem at once even if it was thousands of people by just calling on different police forces in and around the county gotham resides within. then put himself in the highest court office of the local government and he can easily use his immense wealth to arrange for all the corrupt people to be taken care of, all he would need is proof of their corruption, which is actually pretty easy to get since just about none of the dirty cops or judges or goverment officials in gothem do a good job of hiding what they do.
The Batman is Kryptonian theory The theory goes like this Batman's grandfather was a Kryptonian that was in a research position researching different life forms and applications those life forms genetic material could potentially be used or integrated into kryptonians to enhance or make better the Kryptonian race but his most favorite research topic would be humans with their genetic unstability and diversity that potential to grow and become anything he thought it was really neat it was literally his passion researching humanity and then the crib Tony in council and all the scientific stale boring monotonous if things ain't broke don't fix it mentality to the extreme science council council law council etc and a bunch of other people got together and kicked him out for not doing his job finding his powers and practically using genetic engineering to make him human cuz if he loves human so much won't he marry one and he was exiled to Earth not only was he a research department but he was also part of the Kryptonian version of spec ops Black ops spies and the reason why Batman sometimes gets stronger during the night is because kryptonians don't have perfect genetic engineering control so Batman gets a severely weakened down temporary boost depending on how the Moon is at night how much natural moonlight he gets cuz he can absorb reflected moonlight but he cannot absorb sunlight directly also he will not get Kryptonian levels of power he would only get a boost that would temporarily last because Batman can't hold a charge it's like using a old battery that was overcharged once and then reinforced and then used again it could only charge to 25% and then after that it would just leak power that means you only have 25% of the battery now for Batman's case it's more like 1% and then there's also the fact that Batman's able to push himself so far but he was only able to achieve human limits that's because of the genetic engineering shackles on his DNA if Batman was injected with something that naturally corrodes those type of bindings then Batman would be flying around like Superman of course he probably would only be able to absorb moonlight and starlight and not sunlight so his powers may be projected weirdly one of his unique to the individual powers that kryptonians randomly are given might be shadowmancy or something therefore we got a flying super strong Batman who's able to walk in and out of the Shadow realm and manipulate shadows to do a whole bunch of other b******* including wearing manifested physical shadows for his cape maybe even figure a way to weave the shadows into a thread so he can create a cow for himself made out of shadows that's been compressed condensed and weaved what kind of universe would that be if Batman also was starting to be able to use magic as well so we got a scientific mind that's extremely impossibly level driven who can wield magic and who has bloodline gifts and is actually part Kryptonian what kind of shenanigans that type of Batman would get up to how would that type of Batman affect Gotham and the city what kind of problems does this type of Batman solve and what kind of problems does this Batman create.
