I believe it was the correct choice to do a mini mass release because hero arc is painful to read not that novel is bad but the character are too generic which is point but the contrast with Styx and his dungeon /dungeon wives the building things aspect and the haven ,void and galactic empire and the kingdom things are so interesting ,it not being generic is a pleasure to read not that I wet myself or anything Baja °////°
The hero's story sits in contrast to the dungeon's story. People who originally came for the dungeon's story will often get off put by the hero since it's nearly the opposite of the sort of story the dungeon is going through; however, it's still an important that this is also told. It gives grounding and perspective to what is happening with the dungeon. If there wasn't anything to compare it to the dungeon's massive growing wealth and power would seem meaningless. Seeing a person struggling just to get by in this world really shows how great Styx has it and how ridiculously powerful some of the other big players in this world are. It's important to be shown that the world doesn't just revolve around the dungeon from time to time.
