This is publisher just wants to be paid no commitment to improve service regardless what the customer thinks. I guess this is the most expensive book you’ll ever read. The vendor of this platform don’t ever make action as long they make commission.
Mr author, just publish your chapter regularly and stop getting paid for advanced chapter, already paying a lot for advanced chapters and you skipping too many deadlines.
