this is why age SHOULD be just a number. besides the fact thats hes actually hundreds of years old, its not uncommon for people under 16 to have been married or used that way, slave or otherwise even 300 years ago irl. the only thing thats changed is people are more sensitive to the topic now. and since this isn't a proper published book I say don't worry about it too much
