Ok random theory, what is Altaire is actually Syryn's real father in disguise? And maybe the drought he drinks is to keep his demon at bay? Bc he has long black hair like Syryn, hides his face (so you don't know if he shares Ryn's eyes or has Demon features (like Riaku in his armour), and like Ryn he's an amazing Alchemist. 🤔😳
