I dont see minos as arrogant in this respect . There other instances for sure buts he buyin time for himself to deal with problems in the future. He puts himself in easily loseable positions to those who think hes jus a simpleton. Now how he keeps makin enemies is cause everyone wants to step on what in their eyes is the lowest step .
