Thank you Aimee for a powerful chapter full of wisdom and truth. This was so beautiful and painful but overflowed with love, fear, heartache, pain, mourning, hope, grace with big doses of wisdom and truth. I cried 😭 again shocker I know! 😂 personally I can relate to both Brant and Reth in this scene. All I can say is thank you Jesus for getting me to the other side!

Wow. Just wow. Poor Reth is locked in fear himself, just like Elia, but in a different way. Such hard truths here, but beautiful beautiful support from his friends and his people. I’m tearful, for sure. Great writing, Aimee ❤️

poor Reth it is hard but the creator has a plan it is almost always one we don't understand or want to understand. I feel your pain and it's never easy to lose a loved one but the pain after awhile does go away but the memories will last forever and you can keep them (the ones lost) alive by keeping those memories alive. I understand it all to well personally...

Aw. That end was beautiful. Boy they are lucky to have Brant and Aymora. That is an understatement, they would not make it without them. And why a tragedy that their own losses have shaped them to be the wise leaders that they are.

Brant beautifully reminded Reth that we are to live in submission to our Creator. It is harder some days than others. Does not mean it will always be easy or we have the answer to the “why” right away. Take a deep breath Reth and let his words sink in. Remember you have a whole group who is behind you. Be Elia’s strength right now and trust the Creator.
