Lerrin really is a splendid male. He is an all or nothing kind. I can completely relate. We tend to be very unforgiving when we feel betrayed. As much as we love, we do not easily forgive. Luckily, our beloved Suhle did not betray him by using any "darkness" he's thinking of. When he realizes she needs no forgiveness, desrving only gratitude for saving Anime from war, he will let himself love her completely again. I can't wait for that to happen.😜 She will be a very lucky girl once he comes around.🥰🤭 By the way, I admire her tenacity here despite his previous rejection. She knows he still loves her. Go, Suhle, go!
Lerrin is strong in his convictions. He admits his desire to be freed from the responsibility of being a king and his deepest desire for a place of freedom and heart led choice, plus the blessings of his own mate and family to love and protect. He must eventually learn and accept the whole truth about Suhle and Reth and their purest desires for all Anima.💕😊
It is such an Achilles heel in the y chromasome - It is a sort of hypocrisy isn’t it that Lerrin is so committed to peace and reconciliation for his people that he committed his very life to it. But is unable to even consider peace and reconciliation with his own mate, who he knows is the very best soul there is. They get the big picture but when it comes to their hearts they are slow to see and move past hurt.
