So proud of Aaryn’s return to his true character. So sad if its too late, to have a future with Suhle. And sad for Knox, if he doesn’t make it, and sad for the ones who already died and the ones who can probably never return home. Sad for the horrible decisions Reth has had to make and the dread and uncertainty he feels for who may or may not live through it… just so sad But super happy it won’t be long before Elia can return! And super hopeful for Gahrye and Kalle, wherever they are together! So many emotions Aimeeeeeeee!
I hope this isnt final goodbye between Lerrin and Suhle. I never thought there would be a day where I would shed tears for Lerrin… i was waiting to see this side of Lerrin… I new he was a good guy but then after Lucans death wasnt too sure about it but then Suhle helped him see his true self… I hope they can survive this and cant wait to see Lerrin get rid of these crazy Lupine…
I just have to say, this book is FANTASTIC! I started last week and am already this far. I love Reth, but I think I’m in love with Lerrin because he is so true to life. People are redeemable, and his evolution is so refreshing to read. I also ship him and Suhle and am hoping for the best for them. Thank you so much for this gem! Will check out your other works as well!
Oh my. So much to process and to unpack. I hate that it took Lerrin sorting through his pain and grief to see what Reth had seen months ago. I am proud of how Lerrin has grown and is owning the decision of killing the cancer in the wolf pack. Now, I hope his plan works. I hope he and Suhle are able to walk away from this, once the cancer has been destroyed.
