I knew they were coming to take control of the Portal... Frackers!!! And some will follow her, I can feel it in my nuggets. They’re too many to hold off. Seeing how Reth and Behryn are so grossly outnumbered, they will kill as many as they possibly can, but those who escape the fight will follow Elia.
Aimee thats an explosive and dramatic ending... How did they think that the portal was save whn Luccan the guy who wasthe reason for all this mess know about is existence.. why did thr thought never cross their mind.. i really want to know.. I hope Behyrn and Candace are safe... cant wait for tomorrow
They had to make her go through the portal. Unlike them, whom can form shift into beasts, Elia can't. They would have been killed because they would not have moved swiftly enough. What's going to happen with Candice, though? She is also a sack of potatoes to be carried. I can only imagine the fear in Elia as she is thrown into the unknown while her husband is left to fend for his survival! I am riveted!
Wow explosive ending!! Bravo Aimee! Im looking forward to volume two! I hope Candace and Behryn are alive and well. Im also concerned about Reth being weekend by the fight. What will happen with Elia? I hope they gave Gehry enough time to get though to the other side! So many things happening!! This was/is an excellent book! So so good!
