Somet Ugh that has been bothering me is how sasuke is treating him like he can harm him...I think you should implement that he is invincible inside the shop and no harm can be done to him and no one has any powers inside this way characters can't force him to do anything since from the chapter that Naruto got involved I have this background feeling like they can force him or torture him if they wanted and there is nothing he can do about it.
how about adding some kind of system which tells how many npc the player kill the more he/she kill the more npc will hate him/her and of course get attack and another one is bounties for those who slaughter npc like chicken another one is npc will make some kind of group that will attack the one who keeps slaughtering npc
