Why hasn't he tried using hypnosis to remove subconscious limiters or to expand them? Maybe he could use his quirk to force its Awakening by making the subconscious believe its in a very perilous position?

A possibility for Shinso is to take Erasure during USJ while eraser head is injured… and he just so happens to go blind losing his quirk. Besides that Overhaul is a must have quirk and if possible Nezu’s High Spec is a general int boost, really I would say the best course of action is to look up public records for quirks.

his main power is strong it reminds me of Lelouch's Geass although weakened but, I'm sure that if he succeeds in awakening he will be able to do the same thing as Lelouch in code Geass

Since he is openly using his sludge quirk and everyone already knows that he has a hypnosis quirk, they now know that he has at least 2 quirks. Their is no way both abilities can be from the same quirk so they now 'know' he was given a quirk. sMaRt MoVe
