Dexter's actions do not make sense. He is the one who defended the female lead and suggested they marry. He abandons her at the alter at the conclusion of their vows and humiliates her while consoling another woman. Instead of apologizing or communicating in any way he is suddenly treating her like something he stepped in ? Not sure if this is a story I want to stick with. Not into helpless submissive women and abusive men.
