Comments of chapter undefined of Pokemon: Second Chance At Life

Ok just checked and it turns out that rookidee can learn brave bird, it must be insanely high level if it knows the strongest flying type move so. . . . I'm not trying to hate just am confused on how rookidee knows it, was it caught before and taught by TM or TR or is it just high level because I think you get how confused I am

Ok i like where the story is going but I still do not get how a rookidie knows brave bird, you might wanna fix that because im pretty sure no pre evolves can learn that so early
