Let me see if I understand the situation correctly. Standard SI reincarnates into the body of H'El. However, the reincarnator does not possess dominace over the personality. H'El is still more or less himself, except with meta-knowledge thanks to the reincarnator who basically just serves as an info-dump for H'El.. H'El schemes to beat Superman half to death, then stages a situation where all the metahuman criminals he captured escape. I assume this was all to force a situation where the civilians can see how they should have used more lethal methods to stop the badguys instead of constantly tossing them in jail where they just break out again and continue in a vicious cycle. While doing this he stages his own injury a bit to have an excuse to be out of the public eye for a bit so he can go merge the codex into himself. The AI originally said Superman would survive the procedure but I guess that didn't pan out since Superman died. As a side-effect of merging himself with the Codex the dormant SI personality took control over H'El. This SI, quickly realizing the situation he is in, uses H'Els powers to teleport himself to another universe. The universe he appears in is "The Boys". Either he bodyjacked a prototype Homelander or his body arrived unconscious there and was taken in for study by Vought. I'm assuming he arrived unconscious because otherwise he'd be nerfed like crazy. Did I understand that all correctly, author?

OMG! You don't drop into the The "Boys" universe for a few days and not take care of a few things , Oh I don't know go bang Queen Meave, paint the town red . Also help Billy Butcher get Becca back without dying like in cannon ,give Homelander a good thrashing he deserves it.Help Ryan get decent control his powers and some superhero uncle advice.
