So enjoyng your story. I have the same problem with my eyes, with my work I sit in front of a computer all day. Try taking a short break every 45min or so, lift your eyes from your screen, have a cool cloth to out over your eyes if that works. only a couple of minutes works wonders. Also working in a dark room might seem better but might make it worse later. It's better to have background light, so the brightness of your room and the screen are compatable.
