An improvement to the Gotcha would be to select what category of item you roll off of...in the end it does not matter due to author intervention but it makes it feel like the MC has some control of it. And Black Cat is the best!!!!

I liked the chapter name and how it seems like the "finds the sky" is just going to be a reference to how he's using Air Elemental forms this chapter until Skye shows up.

Sorry for spamming messages. But I keep forgetting to add something. Anyway the Buy/Sell system would make him almost insta OP due to the price of things. So I recommend putting a restriction such as no using the items on others or sell them. Though I still think you should not have made the buying system. You can make it so he can sell his loot. And can only buy ingredients or common items. No magical items. He needs to craft them himself or buy them in the world.

I really think you should not have added a way to get items. At least make it only common items. Don’t upgrade it. Otherwise it would vastly reduce the usefulness of the artificer class. Plus it’s best you keep the story as realist as possible. It would be super convenient to just sell off loot. Otherwise he would have to use rouge or bard skills to sell the shit he gets. I recommend making the seeping of loot a temporary feature. Up to you though.

This fanfic is quite different from anything I have read before like it has the dnd elements but none of the dice bullshit controlling the MC's decisions or actions. like don't get me wrong dnd can be great as a trope for fanfic but it really ruins it when a guy(MC) who should be able to curbstomp random goons was only able to defeat them with luck on his side Because his dice roll was low and I was like wtf come on that's bullshit
