is it bad if I'm laughing maniacally after rereading this chapter while playing the requiem of death audio I found on yt ft. the hxh? but tbh, it's kind of refreshing reading this scenario with all the frustrations accumulated from the previous chapters witnessing what happened to Ain's people,, just because of some petty brats' jealousy and pride. It's beautiful. I was even reminded that Chrollo ordered his troops "Go absolutely crazy" and slaughtered every single mafia family in their way. He tried to stay composed when he lost a precious comrade. Alas, a single tear fell from his eyes. I imagine Ainsley was also like this and then avenge her fallen comrades like a boss.

This is so twisted. It’s like she’s lost her mind. There’s no nees for devils to come from the abyss - you have one right here. Her ability is brainwashing her enemies to kill their own allies while she hums a song with a gentle smile on her face….yep, that’s totally devilish. It’s scary to be honest. I can’t wait to read the next chapter and see what the other characters’ reactions are to this entire requiem thing….
