I remember the author said that characters chosen from the pole or vote might not be the only people in the harem. At the current pace, Hestia and Freya should be in there as well along with Haruhime and Hephaestus. I don't know about Artemis. However, I do believe those four can have good character development while still having a proper romance story that makes sense and is developed over time. Naturally, he gonna have to completely conquer Hestia and Freya for it to work out.
