It depends on how you feel. If you think that you can do one chapter a day, then go for it. While the 2-3 days option gives you more time to finish the chapters, it is also more stressful. Especially since you'd have to potentially rush multiple chapters on the off chance that you slacked off the first few days. Generally though, any update is a good update. The schedule doesn't matter much, as long as there are uploads. Just remember to prioritise your mental health over stressing about a single chapter being uploaded late though.
