Hmmm I wish something was said about his multiple jobs and the inability to effectively focus on the important details of Hogwarts full time with him leaving at a drop of a hat throughout the school year. Maybe if he stepped down from even one of his posts he could solve some of the coming problems. Maybe fudge wouldn't be so focused on Dumbledore or maybe he could see the ineffective teaching of some of his teachers or see how his short sighted ways have allowed a lot of restrictions to be passed onto the school and the ways of magic and it's progression and research. He was once the dada professor and transfiguration professor at a time. The dark arts have become stigmatized to magical Britain and with the last two wars the amount of wizards brought up being taught a positive and effective education in the dark arts at Hogwarts in the last 50+ years can not be a lot. Not to mention the hit to the amount of new potion masters after snape came to Hogwarts as a teacher. Why doesn't Dumbledore higher muggleborn witches and wizards to fill in possible positions at Hogwarts? Teaching assistants, law wizards, apprenticeships, different languages, maybe classes for possible future professions too?
