Comments of chapter undefined of The Challenger's Return: Rebirth of the Rainbow Mage

I find it a bit unfair that magical classes cant learn at least one weapon proficiency like staff proficiency or wand proficiency. Weapon Wielders have access to abilities whereas Mages have spells but weapon wielders also have weapons. Mages are nothing without their spells but weapon wielders have there weapon even without their abilities. Though to be fair it seems like a lot of 'rules' of the Tower have very rare exceptions that do occur but aren't the norm. I am going to assume the MC might eventually get a weapon proficiency but I am not sure what would give him the motivation to actually train in it.

wait, I thought the mental world made it so he DIDNT consume mana to practice spells? I thought that was the point of the mental space besides the time thingy

12 hours in a row doing mental reaserch is not efficient. It should be split up. Also mana compression could be done with 1 part of a brain doing it and 2 parts doing mental stuff.

Why doesn't he use the AP he has now? Is it more cost efficient to use it later after he ups his stats with training now?
