More like all the info dumps until now, example: How Grade 1 BOSSes are OP for having 60x regeneration, etc. How the classes and equipments are classified, their rarity, etc. How the Areas work, etc. And finally what the stuff in <> do. All the info dumps that have already been informed in the story until now be copy-pasted in the Glossary. I think that's what he is talking about.
