so i might have an unpopular opinion but i really dont like philip....i mean let's say he likes mari but he is clearly hiting on her in front of her husband and child, in a kingdom in which only the king is allowed to have a mistress so if it get out i dont want to imagine what would happen to her and she has isabela that wants her position....there are countries in which cheating would get yourself dead for goodness sake, especially in those times
honestly I'm not really sure what he saw in Marianne that he is actively flirting, since there first meeting was very limited, 🤷🤷🤷 but that in itself doesn't settle well with me since she is married. I get her relationship with her husband ain't fantastic but I don't support cheating regardless of the dynamics of the relationship, she is still married and not single so until she gets a divorce or if she gets one she isn't ready to mingle. I hope Philip understands that doubt he will tho 😒😒😒on a sidenote her last remark tho😆😆😆
this Philip already did something shady in past life, right? so what if his motives aren't right? his behaviour is completely fishy, and we should notice that he always baths in the family gathering and tries to show specially to Cassius how close he is to Marianne, which does not get successful, as Marianne always retort him back savagely
