While the novel in general is pretty great, reading it is beyond a pain. The pace is glacial and it always takes multiple chapters just to finish up one scene. A conversation shouldn't take 2 to 3 chapters for fucks sake. The only way of reading this without wanting to give up is waiting for a month to pass and then reading the backlog, otherwise it just ends up being a frustrating experience, no matter how decent the story actually is.
