Rest well, take care of you its importan… If i may say, depression is a little complicated, per moment you will have the impression that you are completely healed, but in reality its a big no. I have been suffer from depression since i have been a child. Just dont take everything upon yourself, you are just a simple human with weaknesses, try to not stress on Every thing… i know its more easy say than done -.-“ Just try to take times only for you, & you only. maybe you will discover a things you like so much & this things can help you. How depression works, i dont know if its only the brain or the emotions/sentiments, what i know is even a person whos deemed healthy by society can have a depression one day without real reason, somes have reals reason too. but know its not shameful To have a depression. Thats can touch everyone, healthy or no, rich or poor, people with family or no, with works or not, young or old, married or single, worker or students, etc.… Just minimize what’s can stress you. & like i say before take times for you only its important to know more about you ;)
