Bro I like the story’s premise so far but the mc directly wishing for a bad situation seems idiotic. I can believe if he got no wishes and reincanrwted straight as azazels son. If you truyl wanted to be a mutant you could have asked to be reborn as tony starks twin brother or soemthing but with mutant genese with the same powers. I don’t know its like if someone wins the lottery and buys very expensive poisonous snakes with it. not only did you waste your money because the snakes will kill you they arents worth it. If you wanted X gene you could have wished for apocalypses or wolverines or charles xaviers or franklin richards powers. and if god said that wasnt allowed say you have to train it. you just picked those wishes so he could have a difficult and tragic background which seems abit navie whn you look at the marvel universe as a whole there are stronger beings. thanos, celestials, galactus, Pheonix force etc But good luck anywyas
