A pl of 1.1 m while goku is 10m and the other 6m makes no srnse as goku in canon was way stronger probably 20-75m in base yet goten was only 500k around there by age 10 not birth. Saiyans aren't normally born with such high pl. Even broly was born with 10k and we know his potential is above any other saiyan. Plus halfbreeds are normally stronger than full blooded saiyans and have more potential so gohan and trunks should be stronger than luna. Goku right now should have less s cells than the one from cell ark

I think Nail or maybe piccolo too should be able to learn instant trasmission from king kai as having just goku knowing them at this point doesnt make sense as Nail has been trained quite abit by king kai same for piccolo
