Ellie and Xian is like 2 aspects of a person. One is overwhelm with emotions/feelings and the other is purely rational and with that they complement each other perfectly. Xian shows Ellie what does ”feeling/emotion” means and Ellie shows Xian a way out when he gets blinded by his own feelings. Out of all the web novels I have read so far, this one is the only novel that can actually keep me wanting for more and can always teach me something that I can use in life. Surprisingly, as a slice of life type novel, this one is strangely exciting that you can’t help looking forward to the next chapter. It also doesn’t have the same problem as many other novels have, which is repetitive plot point/cliche. How did you do it Xiao Mee Hee? Regardless, please keep up the good work!

Ellie is definitely what Xian needed. Sometimes Xian can feel things so much ans Ellie lay down all the facts and can help him see things as they are without any feelings to cloud her judgment. I love her. I love them. And as always Ellie saying things at the end that hit straight at her hubbys heart 😂💜

communication between the two is an inspiration, that all of us aspire to have with our loved. what seems to be complicated seems so simple. but I guess it is human nature that we often like to complicate simple things....😁😁😁😁😁

they really complement each other...one is with too much emotion so he needs someone like Raelle that can analyze with logic and reasoning

I agree with Raelle’s words, this chapter is so well written conveying the unspoken feelings associated with grief.

In the world where people keep saying 'It's complicated', Raelle words make me realise, it is not.

Though the reason are correct but why I don't know I can never accept ones reason or guilt for someone death...I just hate death of loved ones...I can accept my death but never someone else....

when I was in my early teens, a friend once told me ..never regret anything in life n that stuck to me. so no matter the outcome I can definitely say I have no regrets. I may want to change things but I dont regret what I did, the decision I took.

Auth san i have a question didnt xain failed to be a good son although he had his resons was youth, madness of love but isnt his mother thinking was right there relationship wont last long it did but yes xain had nothing to with death it was his mom partly fault being tooo emo tional

i definitely agree with Ellie words... as she said we humans always try to blame others for the things we did but we forget that it was always our choice to what we do in our life... it's not like we fear death, since we already know we die one or the other day . it's the idea of death what we fear the most.. it's consequences which terrify us..

Author tou make my day thank you formaking my mood so good but regar dless this the best novel i have read which characters connects to real life at some point and death is really invitable we can’t do anything but be strong accept the reality cuz being gulity doesn’t change the fact you have hurt someone but there is still forgiveness for everything
