you keep shortening the characters buy asking all these questions. When you keep interrupting your readers, they become annoyed. It interrupts the flow, that's the last thing you want to do. It's already hard enough reading when there's a ton of grammar errors

if the kid will survive he will suffer in the future because as the author says he is not arthurs kid so he has no relative to look or take care of him then esther is also in a comatose situation so no one will likely wants to be involve
