Comments of chapter undefined of The Perfect Murder

Nice cliffhanger. I can't wait to read more. Also, why didn't Eric tell anyone? Is he afraid of his step-father? And why does he call him "Dad" if he doesn't feel like he's one? Did he get forced into it? Also, who's Jack? What happened to Eric? This really is a mystery book but I don't see the horror yet. It's pretty mundane too. I wish there was more!!!! Please update. Pretty please!!!
