What is the difference between Divine, celestials and Gods??

Personally I'm not much of a fan towards the "one above all" agenda, no one can accomplish everything on their own and yes I know it's a novel lol. Also a bit bummed he didn't ask if there were already any divines though with the way his mark was called "mark of THE divine" I'm taking it that only one can exist. With this and the heavens taking his father's appearance I'll take a guess and say a divine is the authority of the heavens in the flesh. I'd also guess that his father's plan is for him to become the next divine so that the heavens can adopt from John his connection with asuras so that it can have proper authority over them and wherever they come from as well.
