Thank for chapter Ultra instinct is really cleaver. If I remember it right, it has effect of making body super-adaptable (at least in manga in fight with that energy/life eating goat). While it has limits, it could be big help with his problem. Turtle style school has some ideology connection with principle of ultra instinct, so he can start there.
