They’re arguing again 🙄 maybe they just aren’t compatible. They are always snapping at each other......and now Adeline is threatening him with a divorce seriously?!?!!?? Why would she say that?

I’d like to see her get free of hIs grip and come into her own power. Solving it all for her only cripples her. She’s been open and honest, but he hasn’t managed the same. I hope she goes through with it, takes her kingdom back, and meet again as equals.

The truth is the power balance between them will always be skewed in Elias’ favor because of who he is as his status as King, but what he could’ve done was give Adeline equal footing in their marriage, but he didn’t and instead he controlled everything in their relationship. They both make valid points in their reasoning, but they also are too stubborn to admit their faults as well - there is no real winner here. At least they’re talking (well, shouting, but yanno semantics), instead of ignoring each other. Elias is too greedy and obsessed with Adeline to let her go, but maybe just the thought of him loosing her will make him consider her seriously. Btw is that “person” the dude who usurped the throne, who Adeline considers a traitor?

Honestly i think shes being ridiculous. I understsnd there are problems but she lied, tricked her husband, poisioned him intentionally, then slapped him, berated him, cut him to pieces with her words, locked him out of his room, refused to give him clothes, Disrespects him in front if his staff, Amd bever lets him explain. He on the other hand killed the people that tortured her and her family and stole frim her for years. 🤔 Who is more weong here?!?!? Granted it wasnt right about Asher but there is more to that as well but she wont let him explain.
