uhhh. like what if the king had important meetings in the afternoon? I don't think adeline can be responsible for the king to miss his work even if he needed sleep. if she really had to drug him, she should've done it at night. still I don't think its right to drug him. anyway, I'm excited to see Elias reaction and I hope adeline learn to think before acting just because of curiosity. also I think its wrong for adelines friend to give her a bottle of drug for vampires, not to mention her husband. she's irresponsible, both of them.

I get where people are coming from that she shouldnt do that.. call me toxic- but the man has been relentlessly torturing her childhood friend and protector out of jealousy. If the woman has to sedate him to find out his secrets (that likely involve her) then SHE SHOULD BECAUSE SHE NEEDS TO KNOW. They'll get better eventually i hope, but for now she's just leveling the playing field.
