I know I am being greedy by saying this, but I want him to resign but at the same time I want him to go on a long holiday and he meets someone new there to mend his broken heart. Just my opinion

Long holiday, business trip, assign to another branch or something. He needs emotional healing just like what Hailey had

I am for a long vacation or maybe even business trip. Like what Hailey did after their broken engagement. He need a clean cut to move on but he was and still is an important person in her heart. He is not innocent by all means but he was also set up and somewhat of a victim in this scheme of Liam's. I think if he goes on a long vacation or a long business trip to be like a rep from her company with a manufacture or contractor in another company (like Lopez Steel) would be good. He still helps her w/dream city but he's not around her nor does he report to her. He can maybe bury himself in work and forget about her and over time find someone else.

maybe resigning is not the only solution,why don't you take a long vacation to reflect and think through about the things.

I wish Brian go to another company and heal his heart,and meet someone who can love him and be on the same page with his desires. The pain is too much for him,when it's not all his fault.

Let Hailey refuse his resignation, and I want their friendship to be restored. But Bryan has to go on a very long vacation, maybe see a therapist, and heal. He's hurting and no one has actually asked how he's feeling. He needs to talk to someone
