I'm trying so hard to get into this story. it has so much potential but there are little things about it that make it hard to connect with the characters. Trinity always playing the "tough guy" role and still not understanding that Reece cares for her is annoying, to say the least. Her constant jabs and sarcasm don't make it easy to like her. Also, not believable is Reece literally going about his life knowing Trinity is in trouble. Showering? Sleeping? Eating? He's still home?! It would be much more believable if he was out searching for her. I want to like these 2 so much! maybe I'll learn to like them as I read further .đ¤ˇââď¸
the fact that Reeces' words still haunt her and make this worse is so real and even more heart wrenching. She doesn't even have the comfort of knowing the one she loves is doing everything he can to find her. The idea that he might be happy or even behind this is still plausible from her perspective, even though it couldn't be farther from the truth đ
Trinity needs to hang on a little longer and Reece needs to start researching the dreams he has. He knows Trinity is a hybrid and what is wrong with following any and all leads. Use your brain Reece and hurry up. Or does the author want Trinity to save herself to prove to herself and the pack how strong and special she really is? huh
