Out of the existing characters, I vote for the guy who killed the witch to be Christian's mate. But even though this is a BL novel, not every couple needs to be gay. So I'm fine with a new female character too. But she should definitely be strong willed, unpredictable and be able to keep Christian on his toes. Just my opinion... I enjoyed this and hated It at the same time. I rnjoyed it because they got everything out on the table. I hated it because now Caleb has a mate, and is throwing all that same talk back into Christian’s face. I can understand how Christian feels. It’s annoying as all get out.

I'd honestly have to say Karolyn, idk I kinda felt there may have been a slight twinkle of a spark. I mean I know this is BL, but not all the characters have to be matched up with another guy. I think it would be totally awesome for Christian and Karolyn to end up together. Or maybe I just read to much into their little encounter earlier on. I'll just have to keep ready to find out.

he needs a mate for two reasons 1. So he won't make a habit out of interrupting Caton in their private time and 2. it's got to be tough the work load and not just physically but mentally aswell he needs a mate to keep him sane and share the burden with.
