when exploring Boston you should make another OC inplace as fallout 4's MC to help with the institute since he/she wants to find shaune(maybe shawn?). also if Boone is unaffected by the NCR starving out a town to then take over then what kind of morals does he have to care about the smaller bad stuff they do? "starving a town? eh, they've down it before" but "they science up a mutant creature? I will kill the NCR without hesitation" I know bad examples but you get what I mean
