Okay lemme get this straight... she's from a video game... probably one of the best and strongest NPCs coz the players unlock her at the very end? And it's hinted that she's not only one to... well pop in here, and the what happened to the neighbor is probably done by the second 'NPC'. And she can theoretically use magic as well... not to mention, it'd be pretty weird for an Elf to not have magic.
