I think Guts from Berserk should be his first summon, he isn't to op and will fit in perfectly into the GOT world! Maybe he could bring his demon armor with him and be our MCs shield and sword. (Better to start off with low tier summons, having people like Saitama would just not be interesting)

author, i highly suggest summoning low tier characters/beasts, characters and beasts who are op for game of thrones but not enough to take out a kingdom by themselves
